Cash on Delivery (COD): We understand the importance of flexibility in payment methods, which is why we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service for orders within Pakistan. With COD, you can pay for your order in cash upon receiving it at your doorstep. Please note that COD orders may incur an additional fee to cover the COD service charges imposed by the courier company.

Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on orders above 3000 PKR within Pakistan. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will be applied, which will be communicated to you during the checkout process.

Order Processing Time: Upon receiving your order, we aim to process and dispatch it within 1 business day. Please note that order processing may take longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and whereabouts of your package until it reaches your doorstep.

Delivery Address: Please ensure to provide accurate and complete delivery information, including your name, address, and contact number, to avoid any delays or issues with the delivery of your order.

Change or Cancel Order: If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 4 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.

Customs and Duties: Please note that any customs duties or taxes imposed by the government are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover these charges as part of our shipping services.
